The 21 Day Project – Day 13 – Mealy Bug

My phone was charging so I used calculator.net to choose today’s number… 77. Argh!! Yet another insect. The Mealy Bug.

I was not really sure what a Mealy Bug was. Wikipediaonce again informs me of the vast complexity and ingenuity of the insect world.

From Wikipedia:

Mealybug females feed on plant sap, normally in roots or other crevices, and in a few cases the bottoms of stored fruit. They attach themselves to the plant and secrete a powdery wax layer (hence the name “mealy” bug) used for protection while they suck the plant juices.

I really want to get past this project. LOL. By next week it will be over.

I decided to nooodle something on one of my trusty ukuleles. Here you go. I might develop this one later.

The Instrument:
Custom Tenor ukulele by Ken Franklin
Solid Incense Cedar top
Solid Ovankol back and sides
